Ignite is here for women who are already doing well but also know there is more available to them.
At Ignite we work with women who are building businesses, leading teams, influencing decisions, and navigating growth, complexity and opportunity in equal measure. Women who take their role seriously, who care about the impact they have, and who are ready to continue evolving how they lead as they move into their next level.

Some are founders scaling beyond the early stages of business. Others are senior leaders operating within corporate environments. Many are balancing both ambition and responsibility, and are looking for spaces, conversations and support that match the level they are operating at.

​Across industries, more women are stepping into senior roles, growing powerful businesses, and influencing the direction of organisations in ways that would have been far less accessible even a decade ago.
And yet, despite this progress, much of the leadership landscape still operates within frameworks that were never designed with women in mind, and we want to be a part of the change, to create a different future, one that supports, encourages and nurtures it's future female leaders.
