2) Power Hours

60-minute coaching sessions as and when you need them to get you unstuck on one specific area.
Walk away with clarity, strategy, and the confidence to take action immediately.

Best for: Quick wins, immediate clarity, or follow-ups after your Kickstart.

Investment: £200 per session

3) Strategy Intensive

Roll up your sleeves and make it happen.

A 2–3 hour intensive session to tackle a bigger area (messaging, marketing strategy, visibility, mindset reset).
Includes a 30-min follow-up call two weeks later for accountability.

Best for: I know exactly what I need help with — and I want it sorted.
Investment: £450 per session

4) Momentum Programme

Six months of focus, accountability and growth.

One 60-minute session each month, plus check-ins and accountability between sessions.
Paid over 12 months for ease (£100/month).

I’m Natalie Montagnani — strategist, mentor, brand and marketing expert, trainer, and the founder of IGNITE.

With 25 years in marketing and nearly two decades running my own successful agency, I’ve worked with hundreds of small businesses, supported multi-million-pound growth, and helped countless women get clear, get visible, and get results.

But more than that? I’ve been in the thick of it — leading a team, raising a family, and rebuilding my own identity more than once along the way.

After volunteering with the Cherie Blair Foundation, I realised I didn’t just want to help businesses grow — I wanted to help women grow. I saw how much potential was being wasted because of outdated systems, lack of support, and the pressure to do it all alone.

That’s why I created IGNITE.

Now, I work exclusively with women who are done playing small — the ones navigating reinvention, leadership, or rapid growth.
