Beyond Referrals

Referrals are brilliant.

They're a sign that you're doing great work, your clients trust you and people are happy to recommend you.

But they shouldn't be your entire growth strategy.

Because when your pipeline relies predominantly on referrals, you're relying on somebody else remembering to recommend you.

And that's fine... Until you want to grow faster, a big client leaves, enquiries go quiet, or you look at the next six months and realise you simply don't have enough new business coming through the door.

That's when it's time to move from waiting for business to creating business.
