In fact, the opposite is usually true.

How long is the Complementary Strategy Call?
Your Strategy Call lasts around 30 minutes. It's long enough for us to explore where you are now, what's feeling challenging, where you'd like to be, and whether I believe I can genuinely help you move forward.
What happens on the call?
This is a relaxed, confidential conversation with no pressure and no hard sell. I'll ask questions to understand your current situation, your ambitions and the challenges you're facing, while giving you the space to think out loud. Wherever possible, I'll also share some initial thoughts and practical ideas that you can take away with you, regardless of whether we decide to work together.
Is there any obligation to work together afterwards?
None whatsoever. The purpose of the call is simply to explore whether we're the right fit for one another. Coaching is a partnership built on trust, so it's important that we both feel confident we're the right match. If we're not, I'll always be honest and, where appropriate, point you in the direction of other support that may be more suitable.
Do you only work with women?
While my coaching is designed specifically for ambitious women, I do occasionally work with male clients through referrals or existing business relationships. However, my primary focus is helping female founders and women in leadership build successful businesses and careers without losing themselves in the process.
Do you coach both founders and corporate leaders?
Yes. I work with both ambitious female founders and women in senior leadership roles.
Although their environments may look different, many of the challenges are remarkably similar: navigating difficult decisions, leading with confidence, managing pressure, building commercial influence and finding the clarity to move forward.
Do you work online?
Yes. Most of my coaching takes place online via Zoom, allowing me to work with clients across the UK and internationally. Where appropriate, I also offer in-person coaching sessions, strategy days and corporate workshops.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
